Magnetic Nail Academy and Magda Gniewek Nail Education– Training Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all training provided by Magnetic Nail Academy, including in-person classes and online digital courses. By booking a training course, you agree to the following:

1. Digital / Online Training

• Once purchased, digital training courses are non-refundable.

• Access to online course content is for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

2.Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the course.

• If you fail to cancel at least 72 hours prior to the training start time, your deposit will be forfeited.

• In exceptional circumstances, and only with the educator’s agreement, your training date may be rescheduled depending on availability.

  3. Payments

  • The full balance of the course fee must be paid on the first day of training before the session begins.

  • Failure to complete payment will result in you being refused entry to the training and loss of your deposit.

  4. Attendance & Timekeeping

  • Students must arrive on time for all training sessions. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will forfeit the session.

  • If you fail to attend your booked training without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the course will be marked as failed with no refund.

  5. Student Responsibilities

  During training, students are expected to:

  • Participate fully in all practical and theory sessions.

  • Dress appropriately in professional salon attire (no jeans, shorts, or casual wear).

  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.

  • Treat models, fellow students, and educators with respect.

  6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and approved by the educator at least 72 hours prior the training starts

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.

    7. Certification

    • Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and meeting the required training standards.

    • Incomplete attendance or failure to meet course requirements will result in no certification being issued.

    8. General

    • Magnetic Nail Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any student from training if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

    • These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
